7. Order Management and Preparation
Serendipia Home operates through an e-commerce model where certain products may be prepared and shipped directly by suppliers or collaborating logistics centers.
For this reason, depending on the product and its availability, the order may be shipped from a different logistics center, and certain orders containing several items may be received in separate packages.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
When applicable in accordance with consumer regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify their decision.

Once the request is received, Serendipia Home will provide instructions and the corresponding return address. The customer should not send the product directly to the manufacturer or supplier or to any other address without having previously received return instructions.
